Massaman curry is a unique type of curry amongst the various Thai curries. It is considered to be rather mild as the heat of the chilies are mellowed with the addition of dried spices,
coconut milk, onions, potatoes and peanuts.

three. It’s flavour is derived from red chilli
peppers, long beans, Thai eggplant and bamboo shoots compliment the heat.
Green Curry
The green curry is the middle of the
three. It’s unique flavour is derived from
the green chilli peppers, long beans, Thai eggplant and bamboo shoots compliment the heat.
Yellow Curry
An extremely mild curry with potatoes,
carrots and onions. The flavour and
strong colour are derived from tumeric.
